Too much stuff going on this past weekend...oh well. The next 10 days I'm still doing WW, but implementing a little bit of Fat Smash into it. I'm going to go back and try my plan that I did last spring and see if I can get the 7 lbs gone in 7 days (really I have 10 or 11 days till the cruise!)
