Have you decided on what your maintenance range is yet? 70kg +/- 1kg? +/-1.5kg? I had a look at your wife’s account for her food pics when you suggested it and I’m amazed you managed to lose any weight at all!! Take care 👍🏻

No set figure, but I'm happiest when it's under 71kg.
I'm convinced that there's a plot between my lovely wife and that damned baker. But I will work hard and defeat them and their delicious food
