Finally seeing a loss. Yay! Part of the recent gain was from being on antibiotics and pain medicine for teeth problems. Those have to be taken with food and really mess with my digestion. I am off of them today. Yay! But the gain really wacked me into reality. Want to weigh 136 again, darn it! OK Here I go. One thing I need to do besides eat mostly clean and not go over 1400 calories a day is to work out daily. That is something I used to do. Clearly I can't have the body I want, if I don't do that.
