Woohoo 216.6! My favorite number.

After pretty much a cheat week, weekend bender, not to shabby. I need to practice more vigilance, and not give in to every party that pops up. Just for today.

Ahh, today I am safely back in my routine at work. Half our team has called out sick, so it is a nice quiet day. All the work will be like water off a ducks back, and roll into the river of tomorrow.

I took my bike ride last night after sunset. At 1820 the sun sets, and I can drink water legally. It was so hot and humid it was ridiculous. I have decided i will not be wearing long pants for this nonsense. It is just too hot. I had sweat dripping off my feet and ankles. The bike paths I ride on are very well lit, hell this whole country is very well lit. Think wal-mart parking lot, it is serious light pollution. Something about cheap electricity and no concern for the environment means street lights are cheap.

Just had my cereal, and planning my day. Lots to do, and so little time.
