If I followed the diet more closely, I would definitely see better results. However, with my new exercise program, I am seeing muscles that I've never seen before! I am a couple inches smaller in almost every area and getting definition. All in all, I'm happy.

I hear ya on the diet! I always tell myself that if my diet was better my results would be better too, but this has to also be something I can live with forever, so I have to be realistic. At least you are seeing those muscles and feeling good. Great job!

A loss in inches...is a win! (even if it isn't connected to a loss on the scale.) The scale is only one view of 'part' of the picture. It doesn't ever tell the WHOLE story! Great job on the workouts that produced those muscles!!!
