Well I made it through the week on phase 1. I'm not sure where I'm gonna go from here. Should I stay on another week or just go to phase 2? I lose weight much faster on this phase, but it's so restrictive. My sister inlaw Nicole is coming this Thursday and I have Friday off so I'm really excited about that. I love that girl, so glad she's part of my family now. So I know we plan on going out and I know wine will be involved, so it's gonna be hard this weekend, I know that. Other than that I'm doing well in my diet. Once the surgery is over I want to go on the master cleanse again to clean out my system and from there start working out hard core... you can only lose so much weight, but to get the look I want, I've really gotta tone up. So cheers to that!
