Feeling good about my choices so far today! Eating really healthy. I realized, if I don't stay busy I am hungry all the time and I EAT. Ahhhh I hate that. However, when I am really busy I barely eat at all and don't feel hungry. What is with that?
What I really need to do now is get the exercise part worked in! Starting pilates next week. We will see how that goes!
