If you ate out last night the gain is probably mostly water weight, sodium and/or waste. Hydrate really well the next few days and most if not all of that will go away in a couple days.

I grill out or use my George Foreman grill keeps the heat down 

Ive been using a triple decker steamer thats electric and no heat. I steam veggies and can even heat up cooked chicken. It helps a lot. 91 degrees here and no air on. 

i just fried an egg on the sidewalk! 😛 

I have a solar cooker I use outside in the back yard if I am home during the day, which I am not except on days off. The week before on independence day I made a batch of individual portioned egg cheese and veggie casseroles (different veggies/cheese in each one so that I would have variety), that are tasty hot or cold, and doled them out over the next few meals, but they ran out by Saturday.... my next day off since then is this coming Sunday. It thankfully has been cooling down enough for me to do some limited cooking inside now, and should be cooler next week. I wish I had counter/cupboard space for heat eliminating gadgets. As it is I use my oven broiler when I want toast (because the counter space I have is used by a blender, a juicer and a mixer, all used frequently, with no other place to store them, and that is all the space I have).
