Well, I suppose I'm reaping what I have sowed. Stopped logging, stopped cooking, lots of eating out, lots of junk, and I'm up about 6 lbs. Interestingly, my hairline has receded a little too over the last three weeks of eating junk. I noticed it, and my barber noticed it too (I didn't say anything about it - she mentioned it). I wonder if there's a connection... Anyways, back to logging!
