I just squeaked in on the sixties. I will take it anyway I can get it though. I used to weigh in more often but now I try and weigh in only when I think I will get good news. As illogical as I know it is, I would get worked up about the number. So now, I weigh in less often and hope for a new number. I know my weight fluctuates in between but I am okay as long as I don't see it. Being human is strange. I am making an effort to make weights a more regular part of my routine. I absolutely hate them largely because they make me soooooooo hungry. I am waiting to see if that is a permanent effect or hormonal stuff is contributing. So many factors to consider when you are trying to figure out what is best for loss. I need to remind myself to not get bogged down in the details and just put less in than I take out.
