Did ya notice that my weigh-in said 139.4, but my journal entry said 135.2? That's because quarter round trim is not your friend! At least it's not if the scales move over on it and therefore do not weigh accurately. I had to go in and edit my weight history.
I knew I didn't feel 135, I felt 140. The good news is that I'm in tune enough with my body to realize a 5 pound difference! And that, folks, makes me happy. That, and that fact that I did actually lose a little! :)
