After eating healthy and exercising a lot i still managed to put on weight. AND ITS NORMAL !!! This is for everyone who tries to loose weight, sometimes even trying hard you manage to put on some weight in the middle of loosing it, and it can be pretty normal, after some days it goes away if you keep trying. Just remember that even before and after period if you eat healthy you can get heavier , or its the water you drink making you sometimes gain weight, but you can always sweat it out in workouts. So please everyone who sometimes feel sad or mad that you didnt lost anything or put on something , just keep trying! KEEP GOING TO YOUR GOAL! Because after all the looser is the one who doesnt try and go till the end! I hope this helped at least some of you! Have a great day and dont forget to excersice and drink a lot of water! Do

I kind of agree but yet I don't. If you are in a caloric deficit and definetly burn more than you eat then that shouldn't really be the case. I usually weigh myself everyweek, first thing in the morning and before that I go to the toilet because your bladder can hold up almost 1kg of fluid, then I weigh myself without clothing. But yea, the scale does fluctuate, especially for us ladies when we're on our periods. As I said before I like to weigh myself everyweek but some people weigh themselves everyday and then calculate their average weight.
