Well, I am still going and feeling great. The exercise is a big help I think. Walking 3 miles a day on a treadmill at a fast rate. Also noticed i'm eating a lot less and i'm fuller for longer!! I wish I'd have measured my waist and stuff coz my clothes rae getting too big for me now, so must have lost inches but cant prove it! Got to keep it up!
110,2 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 4,5 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 46,7 kg.    Régime suivi: 100%.

I wish i had measured myself too! Maybe i will tomorrow? Well done for sticking with it. personally i love the meat, but i'm eating a lot of tuna and eggs as it's a lot cheaper!! You lost the weight before and you'll do it again! It's good to hear that you did because it helps me to know that this will work! So many thanks :)

I wish I had measured my self on day 1 because I to are noticing how clothes are starting to loosen in areas and Ive only been on it for 4 days. I played indoor netball tonight and I can honestly say It felt a lot easier I cant wait to loose more so I can start flying round that netball court.lol
