Moving Day!!! today i probably burned a thousand calories! lifting stuff, walking, cleaning, etc. it was SUCH a great workout! tomorrow is saturday, which i have deemed my "free day". i think i'll still keep track of my calories, just to see how much i actually used to eat without thinking! saturday = sleep in!!!
