Journal de Paige E, 11 avr. 08

Considering I wasn't perfect this week, I think losing a pound and a half is relatively good. I'm happy with it. But I'd like to move a little faster since I have so much to lose. I'm hoping the exercise will kick start my metobolism AND my motivation. I also wish the weather would lighten up a little!!! It's been so gloomy for an entire week now and it's bringing me down!!!


Anyone have any good ideas to keep you motivated on rainy days!!??

That IS good! Put in some good music on your stereo and dance around to it. Or just stick in a workout DVD even if you're not motivated..maybe by having it on will convince you to get up and do some!

way to go on the loss!! gloomy days seem to have that depressing effect on a lot of us, so I look for brighter days and more success!! keep up the good work! =D
