When I Started I weighed in at 297lbs. in the first week of July by cutting out all bread. I noticed a huge difference I energy and I felt better every day. 2 weeks later I cut back in sweets and stopped eating junk fast foods. I ordered a digital scale with all the bells and whistles. My first official weight was in August and I cane in at 279lbs. Since then I’ve reduced my calorie intake and only eating a “Real Meal” about twice a week. A lot of spinach to help stop hunger. Today I’m at 259.8 lbs. which is pretty good for two months. I have 59lbs to go until I reach my target. It’s honestly gets easier and easier every day.
