Well... today is my daughter's 22nd birthday AND my son is returning home from Alabama! Should be a good day, right? :) But. Well, life. And my son will only be home for three to four weeks and will be returning to Alabama to begin his career with Boeing. I'm so happy for him and so proud of him, but so unwilling to face the day he'll be leaving to LIVE elsewhere! Does anything prepare us for our children moving AWAY? I mean, I want them out on their own, making lives of their own.. .don't get me wrong. I just wish it wasn't so damn far away!

So I'm off in a few minutes for the airport. I cannot wait to see his face! And hope we all have a great day.
