Gained slightly and I'm working hard! Going to eat a few more calories because I was really tired yesterday a few hours after my workout. I also work evening and night shifts as well as days. Man, I have to get a day job!!
On a positive note, I am walking with my abs tightened, automatically!! I may not have lost any on the scale, but I FEEL good and thinner!
