At a point where people are asking me if I am sick. Starting to see some lines appear in the face where fat used to fill my face out.

I have about 23 pounds left til I hit the top of my "ideal" weight. Kinda worried I will look like a POW soon but I still have my gut. What to do...

Isn't it funny how the lines start showing up? If you are like me, it is like I am melting from the top - my face is showing the loss more than the rest of my body. Strange how the loss seems to show more on the top then the bottom of the body. Your picture looks great - keep up the good work. :-)

I think we are all different. People tell me my face looks thinner, but all I see is that bloody double chin. I have friends who need to lose more than 50 lbs, yet their face still looks thinner than mine. Wonder if it'll be there in another 20 less pounds. I guess this is a reminder that the most important part of this is not how you look, but how you feel. Health and fitness. I'm trying to have those be my primary goals. I want to be able to dance the night away and not be out of breath.
