Really trying to focus on toning. Significant increase to weights training compared to a month ago. Still trying to figure out the right balance of cardio compared to weight training. Finding myself getting a little lazy when it comes to cardio, not pushing myself as hard as I could. 6 week boot camp starts this weekend. Before weights and pics taken today. Stats:
