I was last week in my ups and downs. gaining and losing but staying between 91.0 and 91.9. and yesterday was my boyfriends birthday, so i treat him a pizza, and that was my tragedy. I ate it and felt full the whole day. and in the evening he had a small party, but i couldn't eat. (Thank God) due to the fullness. i drank a lot of juices. NOT good. but will work on the weight hardly. I KNOW I CAN. I NEED TO ACHIEVE MY 2nd goal by summer.
