Good Morning everyone. I had a rest week from job,so I just enjoyed myself. I haven' t recorded my food or exercise. No gain which is good :) We went to Seaford it was beautiful and the other day to Peak District. We walked from Castleton to Mam Tor it was such an amazing view! I'm back to my diary now... have a good day 🤗
