I was a bit nervous about this weigh in, with all the extra carbs I've taken in. But I can't complain about this loss. The fat loss gets harder/slower the closer I get. Measurements are mostly down as well (especially around the hips), but not by much. I'm pretty happy with this, though.
Having a planned high carb meal today, but starting Monday I'm back on the low(er) carb eating and a new workout regimen.
