I feel extremely unmotivated lately. I make no excuses for myself. I ate like crap last week and I've been trying to make up for it ever since. I've been on phase 1 for almost a week cuz I got up to 141... so I got down to 137, didn't weigh myself for 2 days and I'm right back at 140.2. I have no faith in scales anymore and I have to motivation really. It feels like these last 15 pounds are never gonna come off.

Oh no...you're suffering from the dreaded scale fraud too? There seems to be a lot of that going around this week! Hang in there, ok. Just be good to your body, you know how to get it done.

Don't landslide on me, pixie! You have done incredibly great for months now. you probably just need a day or two of time-out from dieting. You have been my hero and you were truly the one that motivated ME to keep trying a month or two ago!

It's hard girl, but please don't give up!! Look at me.. I've been "stuck" for a year now!! Of course, I keep messing up .. but we can do this!! Maybe you just need a short break to clear your head.. then start back fresh. I went through the same thing back in Feb... I just didn't have it in me to keep going.. so I quit for a little while. It's terrible but it will help you. You don't have to "quit" ... just take a step back and look at the situation and see what you can do. Sounds like you are really trippin' right now (and I know how that feels).. I'm still rootin' for you!!!!
