Started to work out again after being ill for ages. Only small stuff. 2 different 30 day challenges. Nothing too intense. Still coughing up phlegm. But it feels good. Even hoped on the crosser last night. Only for 15 minutes....baby steps. Again my biggest downfall is the alcohol. I am not completely giving up on it, just reducing it drastically and measuring it out.
