Wow, up 2. Yuck!! You'd think this would give me the motivation to eat better, but so far no. Last night I had a biscuit fest and ate too much, then this morning someone in the office had a work anniversary so there was frosted cookie and I had a small piece. Go away food!! Okay, calm down, I know I can do better. No more junk today and try to stay within reason for dinner. We are eating cheap and quick this week so most of our meals are not very healthy, so I need to learn moderation. If I can keep up with the workouts at least I'll have that part in line, so far so good there.
I'm still trying to be positive. Looking back this is still the lowest I've been in a few years at least so I'm happy with that. I just have to stop the gains before I get back up to my start weight.

Yes, you need to focus on what you have accomplished! I am having a set back at the moment but I have to believe that it's only temporary and if I can maintain 133 then that's actually a big deal and I need to remember that. cheap and fast can be healthy but it's not easy I know, takes a lot of prep and planning. That's what I am working on now with getting back to school, karate, scouts, dance etc. Good luck!
