Last week was a bad week. The honeymoon is over. I binged 2 nights, went to a movie and ate poorly another day...not good. I did run 3 or 4 times throughout the week, which helped me to not GAIN weight, but I need to get back on track this week and get back to losing 2 pounds a week!!
