It seems that eating too much on Thanksgiving (resulting in itty bitty meals the next two days), followed by 7 hours of shopping Friday and nearly 6 hours of house cleaning Saturday, did the trick. I've lost nearly 4 pounds since my last weigh-in. And now I have a mom coach who greets me every morning with my workout of the day and waits for me to tell her when I've done it. Between that and 3 more days of vacation meaning more house cleaning time, maybe I can get somewhere!

Way to go!! Losing some weight after Thanksgiving dinner is HUGE!! I'm jealous - of that and also of your "mom coach". I'm going back- finally- to my Eat less move more mantra and getting the house cleaned and sorted at the same time. I'm having a hard time staying away from the fatty and sweet things tho and Thanksgiving didn't help. I did lose a couple pounds, not enough, but it's a start.
