Ended up babysitting at the last minute yesterday. Didn't have the energy to make two dinners, so I made spaghetti and meatballs. Used the Dreamfields pasta, made the meatballs out of 93% lean beef, but still woke up this morning feeling hungover, bloated, and gassy. In the past when I've done Atkins or the Zone diets, the same thing has happened. The Zone actually tells you to go eat something high carb like pasta after a week to see what it does to your body. Same feeling, hungover & flu-like body aches. So, I think when I get to P3 & P4, I will avoid pasta still.
I've started dosing again and will be eating better. Last night's dinner & consequence has motivated me.
