Hi everyone, well a small loss.. but I’m happy with that .. always seem to mess up over the weekend.. and usually takes me till Wednesday before I turn it around ..
wanting the muscles , but finding I’m very impatient.. but I’m sure they will come .. 🤔

Aguuulek - usually find on a weekend my food intake is a little more relaxed .. and defo don’t drink enough water when not at work ? 🤔
