God is good! Inspite of, inadvertently, eating off plan, yesterday, I've reached a new low for me, 260 lbs. Hoo yaa!!! :-) I'm refocusing my efforts, to get back on track, immediatly; so that I can keep my weight going in the direction I want it to. Victory to Victory!!! I thank God for my victory in this battle of the bulge, and pray that it continues, daily, weekly, monthly, and in the years to come. Once again, God is good! :-)
