ach herrje, das Jahr fängt ja sportlich an 😱 Oder eher nicht, weil ich aufgrund einer anhaltenden Mandelentzündung keinen Sport machen kann 🤒 Naja, es kommen auch wieder bessere Zeiten, hoffentlich ganz bald. Auch wenn das Schlucken schwer fällt hat man doch zuviel Zeit um ans Essen zu denken.. 🤪

Rough translation for non-german speakers: got a mean tonsillitis and can't do any sports but keep thinking of food all the time although it's hard to get through my throat. No surprise to me that I gained some weight again..

And the funny thing about being at a German doctor is that no one is used to people wearing a mask while they are sick 😷. So they rather sit opposite of you and prefer sneezing people next to them without masks 😅

Trish, I think I caught it when hanging out with my brother's family. Or maybe from all the other sick people around me who didn't stay at home because it was Christmas 🙄
