Just started so not sure about it.
For one thing as of next Thursday it’s not free!??
Logging is easy but not easier than FatSecret.
They are supposed to coach us and provide a daily series of psychological strategies. So far pretty interesting and it may work?!
I’ve been pretty desperate the last few months so I need the moral support and hey possibly the psychological strategies as well?!
They are a low calorie program from what I can tell.
