Vacation Week has come to end and I am accountable for the choices I made over the past week. It is 94 days from the September equinox. Day 1 of a 94 day personal challenge, let the games begin. 1) Under 1,300 calories per day w/o feeling hunger, @ least one hour of exercise, 64oz of water, daily journaling and positive attitude. P.S. my computer has a INFILTRATION ALERT a full fledged virus attack so I don't know how much longer I have. Please wish me luck with this battle. TOWANDA!!!
