Looking good, Pizza! Saw your other day 5 post; Not sure how switching back to water fasting would be lazy! It could be the best course of action since you'd remain better hydrated, especially during the cold and flu season! I've definitely caught a bit of a cold, but hey, I'm told my immune system may be weaker than some (don't necessarily believe it, but.). The rest of my (very big) family caught it first, leaving me last to fall. Wonder if last place is a good thing in this case? Or wether it's a sign of a better or worse immune system comparatively to those who came down with it sooner. :P Anyways, you know you best, so of course go with what works for you and with what you feel. :)
