Good morning all! Well, I guess staying the same is better than gaining, huh? I'm okay with that! I know that it is water weight that will go away soon. I did not get my exercise in this weekend since things were sooooooooo busy! Today I started a 3 day stretch @ work, so I will be on my feet a lot. That should help! I ate a big lunch yesterday @ church, but I only ate a small supper. I felt full all day!
