I have been away from home for two weeks; visited with daughter and grandsons. I dieted some days, and some days I did'nt on others. Came back with a 5 pound gain and a toothache; I am taking care of both today, and am going right back to phase 1 of SB, HAPPILY!!!! I have to catch up with all my buddies.....Hope all are well....
