Haven't been doing much weight training the last week and a half, due to the dizziness I experienced when I was doing weight training 5 days a week. I dont want to lose the muscles Ive gained so I'll start it back up, but only twice a week starting next Monday. Really focusing on cardio since Oct. 1st. Committed to a 30 day cardio challenge! I also started taking my vitamins again. Hope to see an energy boost next week and no constipation. Plan to make some changes to my diet by haven't figured out exactly what that will be... Definitely need more fruits & vegetables.
