I skipped lunch yesterday b/c my blood sugar was high from breakfast, but planned on having a smoothie as soon as I arrived back home. My errands lasted longer than I thought, I forgot my shake before I left. I ended up snacking on baked lays instead of lunch and dinner. NOT TOO GOOD. :( But I still managed to stay around my RDI, so I'll try again today. I also had plenty of sleep last night, so that should be a good start to my day. :) I plan to wii fit and ab circle today. At least a little.
