Had a really great day yesterday celebrating my grandpa’s 80th birthday. I behaved and ate according to plan 😇. Except I took a tiny nibble of salted licorice. My uncle is here in the states from Denmark. They brought all their favorite candies. Danes love licorice 🤨 Scale is up today but whateves

Thanks guys! I didn’t miss the pasta dishes that were served but that cake looked amazing. My sister that flexes to Atkins on a regular basis said it wasn’t worth it; too sweet. But I think she was just trying to be nice 😟 I made two keto dishes, one that was also vegetarian friendly. Everyone ate both and enjoyed them. Sunday is my food prep day but Couldnt get it done because of the party. But I figured no one was going to eat what I made so I’d just eat it during the week. Now I don’t have any food 🤣🤣 I will be eating a lot of snacks and wings 😜
