Today was not a great day for accomplishments. I didn't eat crappy, but I don't feel that I ate enough either. I basically worked a double shift with putting in my normal hours during the day and then going back for a 3 hour board meeting, but I honestly have no excuse for getting in no real movement during the few hours I was home in between.
NETFLIX is the devil, and I am a faithful follower!!
