Now, on the surface, this looks like a 3lb gain from yesterday. However, I know the full story...

I actually gained TEN pounds by bedtime! I had a long and intense workout, drank just short of 2.5 gallons of water, and ate 4000 calories.

"OMG I got fat!" was definitely not my reaction.

In fact, I was amazed that I LOST SEVEN pounds overnight! It was about 90% water though (got up to use the bathroom 3 times lol). The rest of the weight that stuck around will disappear within the next few days.

Last night my weight was high too, 109.4, lbs, this morning I forgot to weigh in before breakfast , but actually I was not expecting a loss.

One of the most annoying things to me.. People are super lazy and there's a whole parking lot, and they park right next to me. This is why I park a mile away, and the extra steps ain't hurting my fat ass. Even worse..people doing it at the gym..
