This morning I went into the gym with expectation of failing to reach my goal weight of 218, because I have been hanging around 221 for the entire week. I was shocked when I saw 217 on the scale- I thought I may have plateaued with my diet and was building more muscle, which I clearly don't need at this point.
I know it's a cliche, so here it goes anyways. If you're struggling to lose weight for more than a week don't give up and try your hardest you may just surprise yourself. Also, try not to weigh yourself everyday it will drive you crazy! ....lol I hope everyone is having an amazing day! Till next time.
