Hi, H! Yea, kinda MIA... just been preoccupied with so much. I'll be out of state until the middle of November as well starting saturday. So I'll be on even less. Consider me a ghost for a while, I'm still around.

Thanks, Naiomy! I'm back in the maintenance phase. Too much going on to go all hardcore to get to that goal weight. Besides, the bod's pretty decent right now :)

I have been sort of MIA myself. Just too much going on with work and not enough time to catch up on journals. I have been trying to keep up by checking in a little at a time on my phone. Good job on everything you have accomplished so far and getting to the "pretty decent" bod :)

Haha, ya, it's good, but not at my visual goal yet. After this temporary duty assignment, I plan on being back on it. No, really this time. Motivation: Official fitness testing. 2Dec@0700!

Haha! You probably already do.... I've gained some weight here. But also increased the muscle mass a little by lifting heavier at the gym. Fitness evals are 2Dec, so I'll be working hard on run time and decreasing waist circumference... so it's on, H!
