Have't been following he diet now for about a month and it shows. I feel terrible. we're traveling this weekend, then hopefully I can get back in the swing again on Monday. Gaining these 6 or 7 pounds really makes a difference in how my clothes feel, and I DON't like it!!!!!

Hi LeAnn! I'm sure you'll get those extra pounds off in no time. It's amazing how just a few pounds can make you miserable. Glad you're taking control early. Have fun on your trip this weekend.
