I'm watching what I eat now because this tracker makes it so much easier than guessing. I lost 3st on Slimming World 3yrs ago but couldn't maintain it. Hoping to just keep at this now, making healthy choices with snacks inbetween to keep me sane, but everything is counted, even a cup of coffee! Hoping to get to my goal by October.
