I’m in the 200s. Steady progress has made it easier to stay on track. Next mini goal is 285. It’s the weight I was right before my last big gain that started at the beginning of 2016. I started a business and my marriage was failing. The stress and long hours and nights made my weight balloon. I no longer have the business and my marriage has recovered. It’s amazing what stress can cause a person to do to themselves.
