Yes! Yesterday was not a fluke 😁 Hard to believe I can have butter pecan ice cream and still lose weight.

Next milestone is only 0.5 pounds away which will be losing >20 pounds since January 3.

as long as that ice cream fits into your daily calorie intake 😁 (and it's not the most healthy thing you eat all day lol) i dint know why people think you cant have treats when you're losing weight... geeze, if i didn't allow myself to have sweets regularly I'd probably binge eat way more often.. i dont know how people quit cold turkey. I'd be evil at people, lol.

@QueenMari Noom discouraged labeling food but does there to protect controls and how frequently a good should be eaten. As you can imagine, I've cream should be rare but not eliminated. I've changed my diet somewhat but haven't eliminated anything. They give a lot of psych tricks like eating from a 6" plate. That is how I eat dinner and it does work.
