Seems the body has found a weight loss run again, just in time to get some progress in for the end of the month total.
This month not going to be a great one, but the plus side is i am eating more calories and loosing weight still.
35.3 lost since September 18, so not going to complain about it. 12.2 kgs to go to reach my first goal.
