well i blew it yesterday! had tacos for dinner and then felt like well if you blew it now might as well do it up royal and had carmel corn and chocolate icecream and not a nice little scoop nope ate it till i was sick.... i was doing great with my attitude and staying on trac but i don't know i let bad thinkin grab hold of me and just kinda sucked me in now i am looking at starting over and another stall just cause i didn't stop and think instead of thinkin....

Well the good thing is that you are starting over. I saw a tag line someone had that said something to the effect of - you aren't a failure because you fall, failure comes when you refuse to get back up. I thought it was a neat little saying. So you messed up - I did the same think last week. I had salsa & chips, beans & rice, and cheese enhalladas then I had a burger and fries & a chocolate shake!! I really wanted the chips & salsa but I shouldnt have had the burger, fries, & shake. I was already so full I could have skipped supper that night. I didn't have any bad carb reactions after my slip up. No headaches or weakness when I went back on so hopefully you won't either.

Sorry you went off track but it is a reminder that we are weak to the powers of food. Its a sad way to have to come to that realization but we have all found it on our own. And look - what did that sort of eating lead you to? Being sick. That should be encouragement enough to not repeat it. You are not a failure, you are human. You learn from your mistakes. And the best thing, you are here today trying to work through it all. Honey, regardless of what you have done, we love you.

lol well i must say that for being bad i have certianly not been punished you guys are fantastic! thanks! and then i went out and bought earings! just hope i get to wear them .

everything everyone said was right! hope you got back on track today! but bad days happen, as long as you don't completely give up. i know people who will piss away their whole diet cuz they did bad one day and can't stop after that lol! but thank you for your comment on my journal, i appreciate it! i will look into cheese :)
